We’re headed out for a mini vacation tomorrow and won’t be back until Thursday. This will be the first time taking Ben on a plane, so I’m hoping all goes well. Since our flight is right in the middle of his nap time, it really could go either way. He could be way overtired, refusing to take a nap and screaming… or the way I really hope it goes with him being really excited about being on an airplane at first, then falling into a deep sleep on my lap

Build a kit on my blog….
My last post included the beginnings of the kit (“Melon Ball”) that I’m giving away for free on my blog. As I create a few items, I’ll be posting it here for all of you to snag! I know the first part was a little dull…. and you probably said to yourself, “what’s she thinking?!” – but stay with me on this… it’s getting better, I swear! When I first started on it I didn’t have a clear idea of what the theme/color scheme, or really any idea of where I was going to go with this kit. Now that I’ve made a few more items for it, I think it’s headed in the right direction. Each time I post a new part for you to download, I’ll also add a full preview of what I’ve got to date, so you can see how it slowly comes together. Here’s the combination of part 1 & 2:
