Ben’s big day is tomorrow, and DH & I just can’t wait! He received a big box in the mail yesterday from his grandparents that was full of presents. I wasn’t sure that he was grasping the idea of a birthday – but while I was taking the presents out of the box he was jumping up & down screaming “Burtday! Burtday! Pwesents! Presents!”, and the other day when I asked him when his birthday was, he automatically said “Fwiday!” (there’s quite a few w’s in his vocabulary these days….lol). Guess he understands quite a bit more than we thought he did! I think I’m as excited as he is!
