Today is day 2 of my grand opening sale! I think I calculated that you could get all of the kits I currently have in my store for a little over $30 – total bargain! (and yes…shameless plug – but it’s my blog, right?!)
anyway…about my CT Call…
I ended up closing my CT Call a week earlier than expected and want to sincerely thank everyone who applied. I really enjoyed looking through everyone’s galleries and seeing all of the creativity and talent just leaping off of the pages. I can’t stress enough how hard the decision was! I went back and forth on a whole list of people trying to figure out if I could just have everyone. I ended up going back to my initial thought which is to start out with a small team and see how it goes. So, my new CT will consist of 6 people, all of whom have their own strengths that I think will really compliment each other – not to mention my designs! I have sent a note to everyone individually letting them know if I’d chosen them or not, and will be announcing my new team here on Sunday. If by chance you haven’t heard anything from me, please email me! I tried to keep things as organized as possible, and hope that I didn’t inadvertently miss someone.

SAS News…
For those of you who haven’t yet registered at the SAS forums, you’re missing out on the weekly newsletter! I contributed my first freebie to it this week, and it’s like a scavenger hunt to find the freebies, but they’re worth it! My freebie coordinates with this month’s posting bonus theme, which is “Wish Upon a Star”. The color palette is just beautiful and all of the coordinating kits that the other designers made are awesome! In order to get your free kits, all you have to do is participate in the challenges at the forums. For each challenge you participate in, you’ll get that part of the kit. So, the more you play, the bigger your kit becomes! The challenge I’m hosting will run from January 15th – February 15th, and is a scraplifting challenge of one of the SAS member’s galleries. I’ll be posting more about that, as well as the preview for my kit on Monday.
